Our Story
Born from a love of

Fresh & Fruity began as a quiet conviction: that the best things on a table are the ones made with attention. What started as weekend baking in a home kitchen grew into a corner of Manchester where neighbors come for the sourdough and stay for the conversation.
We source from local orchards and farms across the Tennessee Midlands, selecting seasonal produce at its peak and grains that give our breads their character. Every loaf, every basket of fruit, every jar on our shelves carries a story we're proud to tell.
Our bakery opens before dawn so that the first thing you encounter when you walk in is the smell of something made properly—something that asks nothing from you but a moment of your morning.
